We, Tip Top Durian deliver your ordered products from our shop with due care.

We reserve all the rights to attempt the delivery of the products for all the possibility or reason beyond our control and such actions are not within our consideration of non-delivery of the product. We always ensure to carry out the arranged delivery within the specified date and time or as you requested. Any delay or earlier delivery made by us for a specific reason or the other shall not entitle the customer for compensation.

We have the right to leave the product with the designated caretaker or those who are happened to approach to our delivery man with your name and given IC as verification. In such circumstances, we presume that the delivery has been completed by us. Should be the two attempts could not be met, the order may be forfeited and we will not provide you any refund for the amount your spent on the order. It is your responsibility to enter all the appropriate details to make sure your order is delivered to the right place. We are not responsible for any of your incorrect address information resulting in deliver the product to the incorrect address, and you failed to receive the product ordered. We will charge an additional administration fee and delivery fee if you request re-delivery. At the time of delivery, you are required to inspect the product packing delivered and sign the document given by the delivery man as your receipt of the product.

Once placed your order, you may need to pay for the administration fee if you need to change your order or entered details as your order is being informed and arranged soon enough to align with our delivery policy. The delivery fee coverage shall be different according to the region that delivered needed. Free shipping is provided if you bought a certain amount of products. Currently, shipping fee is calculated according to distance, whereby we reserve the right to amend the shipping rate from time to time. We inform you about the delivery fee included before you make an order. All the claims related to refund would be entertained upon the event of non-delivery of the products.

Replacement Policy

We accommodate you for guidelines below:                    

In the event of any misfortune such as the product received happen to be wrong or 50% or above imperfect (say, product received is unripe/sour/watery), we have replacement policy that will replace a similar product and deliver to you with delivery charges. If you received dissatisfied product, you are advised to take video of the product with your information details and send it to our customer service requesting for replacement of product through email or Whatsapp +60126729841 (Gyselle) / +60106629841 (Amelia) at your earliest convenience. We will contact you for approval to substitute the same product or product with a similar value if the selected product is unavailable. Our customer service always stands by and make sure to resolve all your issue in advance.

In the event of the product received is different from the product ordered, substitution could be made after your confirmation or approval for the same product or product with similar value. If the selected products are unavailable, we will contact you in advance for a better-given solution. We do not entertain for the replacement or refund for any claims of late delivery.
