Make your cake with Mao Shan Wang

- Salted butter 250g • Caster sugar 170g • Eggs 4
- Milk 2 tbsp • Mao Shan Wang King durian flesh 120g
- Buttermilk 6 tbsp • Self-raising flour 220g
- Pinch of salt
How to prepare?
Take soft flesh of durian than blend flesh with 2tbsp of milk. Make sure both ingredients homogenized in to smooth batter
Gently grease and flour a loaf cake tin in addition to salt and stiff flour set aside.
Preheat the oven at 170 degrees
Beat sugar and butter together, at the high speed until it becomes a smooth commodity.
Add eggs one by one and beat well until bubbles appear in it.
Add soft homogenized durian flesh better.
Make four portions of stiff flour add one by one in the batter with 2tbsp of milk. Let it set
Take a cake tin to pour the batter in it then add some chunks of durian in it than again pour the batter in the tin.
Bake in the preheated oven for an hour but check it after 40 minutes with a skewer.
When baking is complete let it cool in the tin then remove it.

These toast are more than French toast because it is filled with a sauce that your taste bud wants again and again. Nutritionally, it is rich with protein, sugar, and carbohydrate that boost your energy which is the healthy start of the day.
- Durian 400
- Sugar 40g
- Condensed milk 80ml
- Egg 2
- Milk ½ cup
- Cinnamon ½ tbsp
- Vanilla essence ½ tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Bread slice
- Icing sugar
Take Durian, sugar, condensed milk, in a bowl and mix well.
Cook this batter on a medium flame for 10 minutes also adds a half cup of water in it to make the sauce consistent.
In a separate bowl beat 2 eggs with milk and add cinnamon, vanilla essence. Dip pieces of bread in it.
Fry slice of bread in the pan until color changes to light brown.
Add a spoon of yummy sauce in a fried slice .
Sprinkle icing sugar on the top.
Serve with some other fruits according to your taste.
